This scheme for a new multi practice Community Health Centre is set to transform patient care in North Solihull with daylight filled communal spaces at its heart providing a contemporary, calm and welcoming environment for the provision of health services in the community.

Conceived as an integral part of the masterplan for North Arran Way Village Centre realised by Sigma Capital, the new building has been designed with intelligent and responsive spaces catering for the needs of both patients and staff alike. A triple height central atrium provides natural daylight and manages ventilation whilst creating both visual and physical connection with the external spaces of the Village Centre.

Windows to consulting and treatment rooms have been carefully considered to simultaneously create meaningful views out and maintain patient privacy. The building also contains office accommodation for the local CCG and is set to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating reducing its energy consumption in use and providing an exemplar for sustainable development in the area.
