We are delighted that Squirrel Works has been shortlisted for a RIBA regional award. The listed building was on a local at risk register before the regeneration scheme breathed new life into it, rediscovering hidden original features and contrasting them with crisp contemporary design.

The RIBA judges will visit all of the shortlisted schemes in the next few weeks and winners will be announced in May.
